Simone’s career covers all facets of the entertainment industry including theater, opera, television and major events. She has produced a wide variety of productions including the Opening Ceremony of World Expo 2010 in Shanghai, acknowledged to be the largest peacetime event in history, Michael Flatley’s Lord of the Dance and Feet of Flames, Arena productions of Rossi’s Turandot and Raffa’s Aida, Walt Disney’s World on Ice, Jose Carreras – One Night in Singapore, Kiri Te Kanawa in Centennial Park, Seven Networks ratings topping Gladiators, 2000 Sydney Olympic Games and the award winning 2011 Festival First Night for Sydney Festival.

Her theatre credits include Grease the Mega Musical, Singin’ in the Rain, CATS, The Producers, Riverdance, Music of Andrew Lloyd Webber and the Shanghai production of Wild Zebra. In 2006 Simone joined David Atkins Enterprises in Doha as Associate Producer for the Opening & Closing Ceremonies for the 15th Asian Games. Her many producing segments in the ceremonies included the lighting of the cauldron.

Simone returned to Australia and musical theater as Executive Producer of Priscilla Queen of the Desert – the Musical in Australia, New Zealand and London, and has also produced a number of productions at The Edge in Auckland, New Zealand including Sam Mendes’ Cherry Orchard and The Winter’s Tale The Bridge Project, BAM and Old Vic starring Ethan Hawke; Opera Australia’s My Fair Lady and Sadler’s Wells – PUSH starring Sylvie Guillem and Russell Maliphant.

More recently, Simone project managed the Stones Music Festival featuring headline acts Aerosmith, Billy Joel and Van Halen, and was Producer for Corroboree Sydney and just finished Consulting Producer for Dreamworks Animation Live Entertainment’s How To Train Your Dragon Live Spectacular in China.
