Spanning s 25 year career, Michael started as a stage construction and rigger progressing to production manager and now producing/promoting. A snapshot of his work includes Shanghai World Expo Opening Ceremony, Millennium Celebrations Sydney, Barcelona Olympics Closing Ceremony, Sydney Olympics (MD of Scafform Australia as preferred supplier of rigging, TV towers, scaffolding and temporary seating), Atlanta Olympics, Bolshoi Ballet world tour, Shanghai Media & Entertainment Group’s production of Wild Zebra, world premier tour of Legend of Shangri-La in USA, Aida & Turandot Operatic Spectaculars in Sydney and Melbourne, Spotlight Hong Kong Hand Over Celebrations, Royal Bi-Centennial Concert, Michael Jackson Australian tour, 3 Tenors in New York, Walt Disney’s World on Ice world tour and the Gladiators TV Series. Michael has also worked with artists including Prince, The Coors, Olivia Newton-John, The Smashing Pumpkins, Jamiroquai, Foo Fighters, Offspring, Billy Idol, Don McLean, UB 40, Sammy Davis Jr, Beastie Boys and Hulk Hogan.
